Ged’s ‘QR’ of the week #14

“All feelings, whether positive or negative, derive and come alive from the power of Thought.”

Sydney Banks

My choices for ‘QR of the Week’ for these next two Sundays come from two huge influences in my relatively short relationship with the “Three Principles” coaches & mentors.

The first from Sydney Banks, regarded as the “father” of the Principles. (The second will be from Michael Neill.)

I had never really thought about myself as a Thinker. I had never realised just how much Thinking we all do.

Moment to moment.

So I had never quite understood that our moment-to-moment thinking was responsible for whatever mood I was in at that one moment.

I had never thought about my thinking.

Or how I have been wired to think in a certain way.

And I didn’t realise that I could re-wire my thinking.

That I didn’t have to “think about it like that”…

I didn’t understand how my Overthinking of certain situations contributed to my overall well-being.

In essence, I never understood the Power of Thought….

Until next week,
