In this, the 9th in the series of Amazing Mindset Podcasts, Ged discusses “Worry”. We all worry about some things, at some time. It’s a natural reaction for us to worry. There’s nothing ‘wrong’ with worrying.
In this latest podcast, Ged introduces us to the fact that there are two very distinctive types of worry, and by understanding how these two types of worry work, we can actively reduce the amount of worry that we generate. Once we understand how Worry ‘works’, we can spend less time worrying about the fact that we’re worried!
