It’s unlikely that you will need more than 5 sessions, but if you find the sessions particularly therapeutic and inspirational, then you can always negotiate a longer course.

*In-person, one-on-one coaching and mentoring will be available on request during the period May-September, 2025.

One-on-one, tailor-made coaching with Ged Roberts allows you to create your own Personal Development Program as and when you need it.

You can choose to book individual sessions, or perhaps a course of 5 sessions, spread over whatever time-scale suits you.

The MMPDP aims to free you up from Overthinking, Negative thinking, Unhealthy, Toxic, or Contaminated thinking, and create a shift in Mindset to help you cope with the challenges and stresses of day-to-day living.

The MMPDP will help you build an awareness & understanding of what makes you and everyone else ‘tick’, how you ‘see’ yourself and others, and how we all inter-relate, in the home, in the workplace, and in the wider community.
